A sedentary lifestyle is a major reason as to why most of us are tired throughout. Most people do not engage in any form of physical activity in the course of their lives. This is not healthy and it plays a major role as to why you may experience excessive tiredness. Lack of exercise lowers the energy levels in the body and you are more likely to feel tired and bored. Research has shown that lack of exercise can also make a person to be overweight and this may be a reason why the person feels excessive tiredness.
It is always advisable to engage in any form of exercise such as walking, jogging or swimming. Do fun exercises that you enjoy because this will raise your energy levels as well as your mood. Walking is a low impact exercise that you can do at home. Take a walk early in the morning every day and you will surely minimize constant fatigue.
